Durham High School has added new Physical Education classes in Strength & Conditioning. These classes are open to all students who have passed Freshman P.E. and wish to study the discipline of functional strength and training. Some key components of the class are proper body movement, learning proper technique to safely and powerfully accelerate and decelerate, the importance of a proper warm up and cool down and of course how to properly utilize the equipment in the newly renovated weight room. These classes will benefit all students wish to engage in a serious study of human performance.
