Congratulations Susan Ladd, DHS Classified Employee of the Year. Mrs. Ladd has been instrumental in boosting morale amongst the DHS staff. She coordinates events like staff potlucks and the Secret Santa exchange. She is a face at DHS who students are always happy to see each day. She has made the library come alive again with decorating and purchasing of new books that the students want to read. She is also an advisor for the following clubs: Library Club, Book Club (DHS "The Lit. Club"), Seniors to Seniors, and the DHS Shooting Club. She helps the students with learning the ASB process and helps them coordinate their fundraisers and events. Susan Ladd is a problem-solver who works on solutions and follows through. She is a proud parent of two children at DHS and cares deeply about our school and community and it shows every day in everything she does. DHS is very fortunate and proud to have her in their community.
